Role Overview

Sales & Marketing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in industrial automation and engineering solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and project costings.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth of the company.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Execute marketing activities such as campaigns, events, exhibitions, and digital promotions.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and marketing metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
