Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Calicut. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the sales and business development team by managing customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, CRM activities, and marketing content execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination & Follow-Up
Track and assign incoming inquiries to relevant sales engineers.
Maintain a central dashboard for inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely proposals and consistent follow-up with prospects.
Analyze reasons for lost leads and share insights with management.
Conversion Optimization
Weekly analysis of quote-to-conversion rates.
Assist in refining sales proposals and follow-up strategies.
Proactively follow up with clients to accelerate deal closures.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain contact with existing customers for feedback and new opportunities.
Keep a structured, up-to-date customer interaction database.
Convert inquiries to POs and manage contract sales/deliveries.
Vendor Registration & Documentation
Manage vendor/customer registrations on online portals.
Track and renew documents before expiry to avoid account deactivations.
Maintain comprehensive company and customer details.
Marketing & Content Support
Design banners, email creatives, presentations, and flyers (Canva/Photoshop).
Schedule and execute marketing campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Coordinate with external agencies for SEO and design support.
Admin & Reporting
Maintain records of inquiries, offers, and sales outcomes.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Organize internal/external meetings and agendas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or marketing support.
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Odoo preferred).
Working knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience in industrial/B2B sectors is an added advantage.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
