Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

You will be responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients" accounts. This includes communicating effectively with both business and technical contacts, identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, creating a sales pipeline, handling sales requests from clients via phone, email, or on-site, maintaining existing customer relationships, helping new customers choose the best plan for their business, answering client questions, following up on calls, assisting in upgrading existing customers to newer plans, and meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
