Job Summary:

The Sales and Service consultant acts as a key point of contact between customers and the dealership. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, offering suitable vehicle solutions, and coordinating service and repair activities. The Advisor ensures an excellent customer experience and drives revenue through sales and service upselling.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, explaining features, warranty, and pricing.
• Guide customers through the buying process, including test drives and financing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain long-term relationships.

Service Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between customers and the workshop.
• Schedule service appointments and document customer concerns accurately.
• Explain recommended repairs, costs, and service timelines.
• Provide status updates to customers and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Upsell maintenance packages, extended warranties, and accessories.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in automobile sales and/or service advisory role.
• Familiarity with dealership software (e.g., DMS, CRM systems) is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer service orientation.
• Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
