Job Description

As a Sales & Business Development Intern at Voorent, a rapidly growing rental platform offering furniture and appliances on a subscription basis, your role is crucial in contributing to the customer acquisition strategy. You will have the opportunity to engage in lead generation, customer interactions, and business expansion efforts, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and generate leads through a variety of online and offline channels. - Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs. - Assist in closing deals by effectively explaining Voorent's rental solutions and offerings. - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and execute lead generation campaigns. - Establish partnerships with brokers, real estate agents, and corporate clients to expand the customer base. - Conduct market research to pinpoint new business opportunities and areas for growth. - Support the sales team by tracking customer interactions using CRM tools. - Aid in preparing reports and analyzing sales performance to optimize strategies. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate or pursuing final year in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective customer engagement. - A passion for sales and business development, with a drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable with field sales and meeting clients to promote Voorent's offerings. - Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing is advantageous. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in the role.
