Sales and Business Development Associate

You will be working full-time at our Gurugram office from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We offer HR benefits including 14 Casual Leaves, 12 CL, and 2 RH in a calendar year. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home for 2 days every month, along with the 2nd & 4th Saturday being default work from home days. As a candidate, your primary role will involve leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to drive new business for the company. Strong communication skills and a focused mindset are essential qualities for this position. You should possess the ability to think critically while making plans and demonstrate proficiency in executing strategies effectively. Your responsibilities will include identifying partnership opportunities, developing new relationships to foster business growth, maintaining existing business partnerships, and ensuring project success through critical planning. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 1-2 years of prior industry-related business development experience.
