You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies. You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development. Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership Manage and lead a team of sales executives, setting clear goals and objectives. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to ensure individual and team success. Foster a positive and high-performing work environment that motivates the team to excel. 2. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to KPIs and conversion rates. Identify and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SkyHike’s products and services. 3. Customer-Centric Approach Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term relationships with clients. Address and resolves escalated customer queries and concerns in a timely manner. Continuously gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services. 4. Reporting & Analytics Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management. Use data insights to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and improve team performance. 5. Collaboration Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns and lead-generation strategies. Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of travel packages. Collaborate with product development teams to design customized trips based on market demand. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
