Sales Analyst

As a candidate for the position, your role overview will involve managing the development of the monthly GDBP (Demand / Supply) programs for key IMG markets, including market and regional senior management reviews. You will also be responsible for supporting the market in developing Demand & Supply Process Management in coordination with Market leads and dealer process Cadence. Additionally, you will help optimize Demand and Supply Dealer Process through the Global Dealer Business Planning Tool for IMG Markets, including KPI management. Your role will also entail identifying market sales, stock, and mix requirements to ensure Business Rules cater to dealer needs and process management. Furthermore, you will support GDBP System Management and Monthly Calendar and Cadence Management with Market and Dealers through Market Leads, as well as manage the development of Process, Business Rules, and Program management works. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Managing the development of each market's monthly Dealer forecasts and Supply Review - Supporting GDBP Process for All IMG Markets - Running monthly GDBP Cycle with Market to Dealers - Data and Process Management for IMG Markets - Demand Collection and Allocation business process management - Communication and Stakeholder management - Market/Dealer Order and Process management - GDBP Process Cycle Management Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree or above - MBA is an added advantage - At least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in the Automobile Industry - Fluent Spoken and Written English Language - Experience in Automobile Industry Sales, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Production Planning - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint, Kinaxis Rapid Response, or any SCM Tool - Strong leadership, communication, & presentation skills - Confident, motivated, and able to work independently - Proven ability to work effectively in highly cross-functional teams Additionally, the company may require your support in carrying out ad-hoc analysis as required.,
