Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate located in Kochi. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for promoting the academy’s training programs, engaging with potential students, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes managing sales activities, closing sales, and achieving targets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the training team to provide information on available courses and assisting students with the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide training and assist students with information
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the education or training industry is advantageous
