This is an Amazon authorized seller service fulfillment center, with two centers in West Bengal Our centers improve the convenience for Amazon sellers to stock their goods in the seller warehouse and fulfill a variety of services including warehousing, seller onboarding, merchant fulfillment, cataloguing, seller account management, and seller account reinstatement.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate, located in Kolkata. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing high-quality customer service, promoting sales, managing sales activities, and assisting with training initiatives. Daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, implementing sales strategies, contributing to sales growth, and supporting the on-site team to ensure seamless operations.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training and assist others in skill development
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the e-commerce or service fulfillment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
