The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, understanding their needs, and offering suitable vehicle options. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tata Motors vehicles. Provide detailed information about car models, features, and pricing. Arrange and conduct test drives. Follow up with potential leads to convert into sales. Assist with documentation and delivery process. Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet monthly sales targets set by the management. Requirements: Mandatory: Valid four-wheeler driving license with driving skills. Preferred Gender: Male candidates only. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage. Should be goal-oriented, presentable, and a quick learner. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
