Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to join our team at Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury and fashion accessories, excellent communication skills, and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting watches based on their preferences and needs. Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, pricing, and brand differences. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Process transactions, including cash and card payments. Assist in stock management, inventory control, and product display. Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions. Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, jewelry, or luxury goods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fresher eager to learn can also apply. Passion for customer service and sales. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple customers efficiently. Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is an advantage. Flexible to work on weekends and holidays as required.
