Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, upselling and cross-selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The Sales Associate will also handle cash transactions, process returns and exchanges, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Product Knowledge and Inventory Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
