Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2+ Years

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce), with exposure to sales operations and a good understanding of the financial aspects of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update sales data in CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks including order processing, contract management, and documentation.
  • Track, monitor, and report sales performance metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgeting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth sales operations and timely client deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations and finance-related activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with IT/Analytics/Technology sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
