As a Jr. Sales Admin (Jr. Accounts) at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling customer order emails for sales administration. - Ensuring timely preparation of allocations in Excel and booking invoices in the system (D-365). - Simultaneously booking purchase orders in the AX system. - Updating stock details and conducting physical stock checks promptly. - Managing accounts receivable and collections by reconciling customer ledgers, coordinating with customers, and following up for collections. - Facilitating transfer orders between warehouses. - Booking credit notes in the system. The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate with 1-2 years of experience, possess a good command over Excel, and have experience working with ERP systems.
