Job Description

The Back Office Sales Administration role requires you to maintain Enquiry, Quotation, Complaint Register, and Software. You will be responsible for resolving product queries with customers for received enquiries, attending customer calls, and arranging to prepare & send quotations by mail/courier. Ensuring & getting acknowledgment of mail receipt/offer receipt is also part of your responsibilities. You will assist marketing executives in closing leads/enquiries and review purchase orders, prepare work orders, and order acceptance. Maintaining sales records in the register, co-ordinating with QC/Production Engineers/Stores for dispatch, and following up post-order process with customers and factory are key tasks. To excel in this role, you should have a good knowledge of MS Office and be able to write business letters. Familiarity with ISO procedures is also required. A graduation in any stream (M.A, B.A, B.B.A, M.Com, B.Com, PG Diploma, Diploma) is the minimum qualification expected for this position. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The salary for this position is negotiable based on your qualifications and experience.,
