As a Sales Administrator at Mercom India, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic sales operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless functioning of backend operations, allowing our sales executives to concentrate on impactful business development. Your key tasks will include maintaining structured workflows, updating CRM records, scheduling calls, assisting with invoicing, and contributing to process enhancement initiatives within the team. The ideal candidate for this role possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and the agility to adapt swiftly to evolving sales priorities and client requirements.
