Sales Admin / Coordinator

You will be a Sales Admin / Coordinator at our India Head Office in Hyderabad, supporting our expansion plan by efficiently managing sales orders, deliveries, and customer queries. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with market liaison support team and customers for sales orders information, working closely with mill and logistics teams for order delivery, and collaborating with the export team for product importation and logistics. You will need to understand trade terms to ensure timely collection before delivery, prepare order intake and delivery reports, and follow up on invoices and delivery orders. In this role, you will be responsible for sending commercial invoices and delivery orders to customers, providing shipping instructions to the mill team, creating purchase orders in SAP, and checking inventory reports from warehouse providers. You will also need to assist customers with their queries related to orders and certificates, as well as support warehouse providers with inquiries regarding stocks and deliveries. Additionally, you will prepare and submit CR Form to IT for new routes and storage locations. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Accounting, or Foreign Trade, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service activities. Experience in an International Trading Company would be advantageous. A positive attitude, attention to detail, agility, and a customer-oriented approach are essential qualities for this role. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required, along with fluency in English.,
