Job Description

In ZEISS India, headquartered in Bengaluru, you will be part of the team involved in Industrial Quality Solutions, Research Microscopy Solutions, Medical Technology, Vision Care, and Sports & Cine Optics. With 3 production facilities, an R&D center, Global IT services, and about 40 Sales & Service offices spread across Tier I and Tier II cities in India, you will contribute to the company's success story that has been evolving over 25 years with 2200+ employees and ongoing investments. As a sales professional in the (MCS) surgical microscopy business, you will focus on enhancing coverage in the assigned region by managing Direct, Trade, and Channel business for the entire range of MCS portfolio. Your responsibilities will include building engagement, negotiating, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, providing technical consultation, delivering clinical engagement programs, and offering support to the OT staff. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or MBA - 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in Capital medical equipment or Surgical space with OT experience - Sales experience in Maharashtra Territory - Experience working with Neuro-Spine/ENT/Plastic surgeons is preferred - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability - Strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: - Work with Large Govt Accounts & Key Corporate Accounts - Area sales management through channel partners - Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders like directors of institutes, procurement, purchase, admin, and biomedical personnel in addition to clinical stakeholders - Responsible for key accounts forecasting and sales tracking - Organize local events within and outside the organization for sales/product meetings, trainings, workshops, conferences, etc. - Collect, consolidate, and prepare sales and marketing updates and reports for management - Review sales performance and current projects with field sales continuously in discussions with the reporting manager In addition to the above details, ZEISS India has a dedicated recruiting team including Sikcha Chhetri and Upasana Sinal.,
