Sales Account Manager/BD Manager

As a Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager at Honortech, you will play a crucial role in nurturing client relationships and expanding our market presence in Japan, Southeast Asia, Europe, and America. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Building and enhancing existing relationships with clients to eliminate competitor threats and ensure customer satisfaction. - Developing new customer accounts by establishing cooperative relationships with buyers and improving the maintenance of existing customers. - Providing long-term solutions to reduce procurement costs of electronic components (ST, TI, MAXIM, MICROCHIP) for electronic product manufacturers, particularly in the European market. - Assisting customers with excess inventory management. - Utilizing various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and visits to expand the customer base. - Monitoring market and competitor information to gain insights and adapt strategies accordingly. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience or key account development in the Automotive IC or related field. - Experience with electronic components distributors, agents, or original factories is preferred. - Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships. - Strong English communication skills, both oral and written. - Ability to manage multiple accounts, identify client needs, and negotiate effectively. - Basic computer skills.
