Proficient in connector management, workflows, lifecycle events, custom reports, and reconciliation tasks, ensuring integration between various systems.Adept at onboarding applications for both built-in and custom connectors, capable of developing robust application rules both pre- and post-provisioning.Skilled in creating and executing SQL queries, contributing to data transformation and reporting accuracy.Solid knowledge of Java, J2EE (including Servlet, JSP, and JDBC), and HTML, facilitating the development of web-based applications.Experience customizing and upgrading SailPoint Identity IQ to respond to evolving business requirements.Familiarity with IdentityAI SaaS applications will be an added advantage, enhancing your contribution to cloud-based identity governance.Provide support for production deployment and address bug fixes with a keen eye for detail and urgency.Working knowledge of Unix, WebLogic, and SSL certificates is essential for maintaining security and operational integrity.Champion effective communication skills, capable of engaging independently with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their inquiries.Knowledge of incident/problem management processes will empower you to contribute to efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
