Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Developers, Technical Leads, and Architects with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ and IDN platforms. As an Associate Manager Security Architect, you will define cloud security architecture and frameworks while ensuring alignment with performance objectives and business needs. You will also lead the documentation and implementation of cloud security controls and guide a smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Key Responsibilities

Define, design, build, and test security components on SailPoint IDN & IIQ platforms.
Configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ.Integrate SailPoint with platforms like Active Directory, Workday, SAP, Azure O365, JDBC, etc.Manage identity profiles, transformation rules, migration, and deployment processes.Develop workflows, Java BeanShell scripts, custom rules, and API-based integrations.Troubleshoot and onboard applications quickly and effectively.Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and delivery.Skills Required

Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).Experience in Access Management and Compliance Reporting.Familiarity with Security Frameworks and Best Practices.Solid problem-solving skills in IAM (Identity & Access Management).Expertise in:BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, XML, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs, SCIMService Standard Build (SSB) for SailPoint customizationsHands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and other identity data sources.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of total IT experience.
At least 3+ years of hands-on expertise in SailPoint IIQ & IDN.Bachelors Degree (Any stream).
