Job Summary We are seeking an experienced App Security Specialist with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sailpoint IdentityIQ Identity Management and Governance. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our applications. Responsibilities Implement and manage Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions to ensure robust identity management and governance. Oversee the integration of identity management systems with existing applications and infrastructure. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity management and governance issues. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and applications. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions. Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents to respond promptly and mitigate risks. Create and maintain documentation for security processes configurations and procedures. Train and mentor junior team members on identity management and security best practices. Stay updated with the latest security trends technologies and regulatory requirements. Participate in security incident response and recovery efforts as needed. Work closely with stakeholders to understand security requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure that all security measures align with the companys overall security strategy and objectives. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in implementing and managing Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions. Demonstrate strong knowledge of identity management and governance principles. Exhibit proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management. Show expertise in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures. Have experience in conducting security assessments and audits. Display the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Possess excellent documentation and communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members. Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies. Have experience in participating in security incident response efforts. Show the ability to understand and address stakeholder security requirements.
