Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during safety culture implementation.
• Conduct site visits and deliver safety training in English and local language.
• Support competency-building workshops for executives and contract workmen.
• Address client issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to training and support materials.
• Maintain clear communication and provide regular progress reports.

• Experience in safety training or client implementation support
• Problem-solving and issue resolution capability
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Proficient in documentation and report preparation

Experience Required

• Candidates must have 2 yrs of experiences from oil & gas industry.
• Should be a Science Graduate / Engineering Graduate (Diploma not required).
• Safety Trainer candidates Should be strong in English Language Skills, Hindi, Local Language & Presentation Skills
• Prior experience in a client-facing role (implementation, support, or training)
• Background in safety systems/processes or EHS preferred
• Experience in project coordination or stakeholder management is a plus
