Safety Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safety compliance at RVI project sites (signage installation, canopy work, fascia,

cladding, fabrication, etc.).

2. Monitor work at height safety: scaffolding, lifeline, harness, ladders, anchoring.

3. Ensure electrical & hot work safety during signage lighting, welding, cutting, and

fabrication.

4. Ensure work permit are relevant to the performing job.

5. Follow the set guidelines as per the statuary, legal requirements.

6. Implement roadside/highway installation safety with barricades, cones, reflective

jackets, and signage boards.

7. Conduct daily Tool Box Talks (TBT) and provide trainings to workmen on safe practices.

8. Check and enforce proper use of PPE (helmet, gloves, shoes, harness, high-vis jackets,

goggles).

9. Prepare and maintain safety documentation: work permits (height/hot work), inspection

checklists, incident/accident reports.

10. Ensure fire safety measures (extinguishers, no-smoking zones, safe storage of

flammables).

11. Conduct regular audits/inspections and take corrective actions.

12. Handling emergency on site.

13. Aware the team about how to use fire fighting equipment.

Qualification & Skills:

1. Having good knowledge of MS OFFICE & Google Sheets

2. Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety ( ADIS)

3. Knowledge of safety standards and able to provide proper training.

4. Experience in height work, electrical, hot work, and roadside installation safety.

5. Good communication & training ability.

6. Ready to travel across PAN India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
