Job Description – Safety Supervisor (Saudi Offshore)

Position: Safety Supervisor
Location: Saudi Offshore Projects
Experience: 10–12+ Years (Offshore)
Preference: Aramco Approved HSE Supervisors/Officers

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Aramco and international HSE standards across offshore operations.
• Supervise and monitor all safety activities on-site to prevent incidents and accidents.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and Emergency Response Plans.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs to workforce.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; recommend corrective & preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project management and client representatives to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain safety reports, documentation, and compliance records as per Aramco standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Safety.
• 10–12+ years of offshore experience (oil & gas / construction / marine projects).
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certifications (mandatory).
• Aramco approval as HSE Supervisor/Officer (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety standards, regulations, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
