Job Summary: The Safety & Security Lead is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and management of a comprehensive safety and security process and practice for East. Developing, enforcing, and continuously improving safety and security policies, procedures, and systems, in compliance with all relevant local, national, and industry regulations. Location: Singur, West Bengal Key Responsibilities: 1. Safety Management 2. Security Management 3. Leadership & Management Qualifications: No bar Diploma in Fire & Safety (Mandatory) Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local, national, and industry-specific safety and security regulations and standards. Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning. Familiarity with various security technologies and systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, facility management). Knowledge of physical security principles and practices. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and develop effective solutions. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure during emergencies. Ditions: Typically works in an office environment, Facility, required frequent presence on the floor, facility periphery. May involve some travel, depending on the organization's footprint. Compensation: Monthly CTC Range: 30,000 to 35,000 Employment Type: On-roll Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
