Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments, emergency response procedures, and training programs. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and company policies. Provide guidance on safe work practices, PPE use, and incident reporting protocols. Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and written reports. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in industrialization or related field (construction safety). NEBOSH certification preferred; IOSH certification required. Strong understanding of Fitouts Project Safety principles and Site Safety standards. Ability to analyze complex situations using problem-solving skills.
