Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution. First point of contact for client on all issues Review and evaluate Architectural, Structural & Services drawings Well Experienced in Strategy Planning , Project management , Contract management , Construction Management, Site Analysis / safety , Value Engineering , Budget & Cost Control , Resource management, Quality Control , Design Management Selection of Construction materials as per Standards & reconciliation of materials periodically. Estimation, preparation of quotations, technical interactions, job planning including manpower planning Ensure project delivery standards as per organizational standards. Effectively co-ordinate with Users / clients ,architects ,Designers, Third Party Agencies , & Vendors, Consultants as well as Labour for smooth completion of Projects on Schedule Attend all design review meetings & project review meetings related to site. Give necessary technical guidance & training support to the site Project Team. Track and report to the client on overall time and cost progress of the project. Monitor site works in terms of site quality and drawing implementation. Desired Candidate Profile 14-18 years of experience in civil project management or related field (construction management). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from concept to delivery.
