Job Description

Responsibilities:

Understand the SHE TF (Task Force) action items.
Discuss the expectations with concerned departments.
Follow up on the implementation of action items.
Validate the implemented action items.
Compile action items from all safety audits, plant walkthroughs, HAZOPs, etc.
Follow up with responsible persons.
Validate the implemented action items.
Complete the gap analysis for the company
Prepare an action plan for closing the gaps in co-ordination with other plants.
Follow up on implementation of actions.
Validate the correct implementation.
Adopt company Process safety principles into plant procedures.
Do a gap analysis and address the issues appropriately.
Train the plant personnel as necessary.
Validate the correct implementation.
Prepare the plant for PS audit.
Monitor HAZOPs and actions.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Safety Management System
Knowledge of working of ETP/ RO/ MEE operation
Ability to do analysis of process failures & taking timely actions
To work in a team to reduce down time of failures.
Ability to foster good relations with people of the organization.
Emergency Response, Work Permit System, Industrial Safety, Safety Management, Hazard
Analysis, GMP, Chemical Engineering, Process Safety, IMS, Safety Audit, Safety Training,
Industrial Hygiene, HAZOP, JSA.

Required Qualification:- Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech
