Role & responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections on-site to ensure adherence to safety policies and standards.
• Identify potential hazards, investigate unsafe conditions, and comply with corrective actions.
• Report and document all safety incidents, near-misses, and injuries.
• Preparing & assisting Standard operating procedures(SOP) for all operational activities.
• Understanding the organization policy, targets and objectives and providing training to all concerned.
• Conduct thorough accident investigations to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Deliver safety orientation and training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Conduct ongoing safety training to reinforce compliance with safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Collaborate with site managements coordinators to integrate safety standards into daily operations.
• Perform job safety analysis (JSA) and risk assessments for specific tasks.
• Assess potential risks associated with equipment, materials, and procedures.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans specific to the site.
• Conduct emergency drills and evaluate effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Conducting HSE audits at site, reviews, HSE campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of safety activities, inspections, training, and incident reports.
• Prepare and submit regular safety reports to management.
• Identify and promote opportunities to enhance site safety practices.
• Follow guidance provided by the corporate office for safety events, campaigns, and initiatives to ensure alignment with company-wide goals.
