Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and surveys to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and update EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training on fire safety, industrial safety, and other relevant topics to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-20 years of experience in Environment Health & Safety (EHS) role with a strong background in chemical industry.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven expertise in Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, HSE Management System implementation.
