Job Title: Project Manager Location: Pune, India Company: DSS Interiors Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-Time Joining Date: Immediate / As per notice period About the Company: DSSS Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing interior contracting and design firm known for delivering high-end commercial, residential, and industrial spaces. We combine functionality and aesthetics while maintaining a strong focus on timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with experience in the interior design/fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple interior projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple sites. Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and in-house design and execution teams. Ensure project milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met. Conduct regular site visits and review project progress. Prepare BOQs, work schedules, and procurement plans. Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and site logistics. Manage project documentation and reporting. Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. Resolve issues and delays in a proactive and solution-oriented manner. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field. 0–1 years of project management experience in interior fit-outs or construction. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, materials, and technical drawings. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and other project tracking tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously. Preferred Skills: PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus. Experience in managing high-end corporate or commercial interior projects. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments. Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities. Compensation: As per industry standards and experience.
