Role & responsibilities 1)Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards related to Technical Textiles / RFL treated fabrics / coated fabrics including relevant raw materials 2)Experience in process control of all manufacturing operations that affect quality. 3)Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. 4)Conversant with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ OSHAS/ ISO/TS 16949 system/ APQP requirements . 5)SPC - Stastical analysis CPk / Control charts. 6)Preparation / revision / up-dating of specifications/standard process conditions. 7)Analysis of New Product for development. 8)Keeping records of quality reports, reviews and relevant documentation. 9)Supervising and guiding inspectors, technicians and other staff in QA /Process control activities. 10)Complaint analysis, Structured Problem solving Skills. 11)Preparation / revision / up-dating of specifications/standard process conditions. 12)Good knowledge of MS Office and databases. 13)Good oral and written communication skill.
