Safety Officer

• Policy development: Create, implement, and update safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulations.
• Risk assessment and mitigation: Identify potential hazards in the workplace, conduct risk assessments, and recommend preventive measures to eliminate or minimize risks.
• Inspections and audits: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitoradherence to safety protocols and identify unsafe conditions or practices.
• Safety training: Organize and conduct safety training programs, workshops, and drills to educate employees on safe practices, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Incident investigation: Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine the root causes, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Compliance and record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports. Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Emergency preparedness: Assist in developing site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures to ensure the organization is prepared for emergencies.
• Promoting safety culture: Encourage a proactive safety culture through communication, employee engagement, and promoting safety initiatives.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
