Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during construction projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments and emergency response procedures.
Collaborate with project teams to develop training programs for employees on safety protocols and best practices.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in Safety Engineering or related field (Construction Safety).
B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil with safety certificates and courses.
Graduate candidates with safety certificates and courses.

Strong understanding of HSE principles, High Rise Residential building codes, and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
