Safety Engineer

• Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct routine site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs for workers.
• Maintain records of safety-related documentation including permits, checklists, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company safety standards.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability.
• Coordinate emergency drills (fire, evacuation, etc.) and maintain readiness plans.
• Liaise with government authorities during safety inspections or audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and employee engagement.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechnical/Electrical/Civil)
• Certification in Safety (NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant safety experience.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
