Job Description

As a SAFe - Scrum Master, your role involves the following responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will coordinate PI planning, sprints cadences, retrospectives, system demos, ideation/improvement tracking. Additionally, you will coach and mentor team members in Agile frameworks, facilitate internal and external communication, manage technical debt, and enhance product quality value throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate PI planning, sprints cadences, retrospectives, system demos, ideation/improvement tracking - Coach and mentor team members in Agile frameworks - Facilitate internal and external communication - Manage technical debt and improve product quality value - Conduct user design thinking/coaching sessions - Possess strong communication, conflict management, collaboration, coaching, facilitation, and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with Agile practices, regulated environments, and software development practices - Proficient in tools like JIRA, MIRO, SNOW, Confluence, and Azure DevOps Qualifications Required: - 7 to 14 years of experience with deep knowledge and experience in multiple Agile frameworks - Strong collaboration, coaching, and problem-solving skills - Agile certifications (e.g. CSM/PSM, ICAgile, SAFe) are desired - Experience in end-to-end product model in any industry - Enterprise Business Agility strategic and systems thinking,
