Job Description You will oversee the business, technical and operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices. This will include project scope, review and approval, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards and final preparation for project and release go-lives. In this role, you will conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and other stakeholders to confirm that region specific work is aligned and being taken care of properly. You will bring experience and knowledge in : End-to-end business and functional knowledge Operations (infrastructure and technical aspects of SAP systems and middleware platforms) Communicating effectively Leadership and problem-solving with fluency in navigating through a complex/matrix organization Strategic thinking As SAP Business Process expert-STP, you will be responsible for leading regional Business requirements management deployment for SAP S/4 HANA applications related to Source to Pay (STP). Working closely with stakeholders and external suppliers, you will identify business needs and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future aligned to Global standards and best SAP practices. Your responsibilities include: Lead STP SAP S/4 HANA projects, implementing regional strategies aligned with global objectives. Provide key input on procurement, quality, and maintenance controls for software at all levels. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and vendors to achieve results. Take responsibility for executing initiatives with precision. - Work across MDS and business areas to advance the delivery stream agenda and provide functional expertise in all regions. Understand integration processes and ensure effective application communication. - Focus on optimizing business processes efficiently. Over 8-12 years of experience in large programs and managing a E2E business requirements for any function. Vast experience of handling complex projects apart from change management and all aspects. Proven ability to streamline functional requirements with business process leads and deliver effective SAP solutions. Skilled in identifying solution gaps and evaluating alternatives. Experienced in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Exceptional communicator, adept at managing multiple workstreams. Strong strategic thinker who proactively identifies risks and mitigates potential impacts. Process and Service Oriented in Supply Chain/Manufacturing area We are seeking candidates with a desire to drive their future and accelerate their careers, possessing experience and knowledge in the following areas: Lead the management of large-scale software and application service delivery, ensuring excellence. Collaborate with MDS and business functions, providing SAP technical expertise globally for STP template design. Partner closely cross workstreams and global teams for improved operations. Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for standardized view as technology savvy in the regional and global technology forums Partner with the Organizational Change Management team, Regional functional leads, to create a unified plan for successful deployment. Oversee program and project management, ensuring efficient budgets, resources, schedules, and quality Utilize expert knowledge in supply chain management apart from master data management to support critical processes and analytics. Understand integration methods between internal and external planning needs along with other SAP components and third-party applications. Bring hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 application and configuration. Apply strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data. Communicate fluently in English, fostering effective engagement. Additional languages would be an advantage CPG Business processes experience is a plus.
