As a Process Developer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire value chain related to Purchase Order Management, Reporting, AP Issue Resolution & Fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include issuing Purchase Orders based on demands or Purchase Requisitions, driving Order Acknowledgement & Fulfillment, updating ERP systems, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs, resolving outstanding supplier invoices, collaborating with various business functions, and reporting KPIs and SLAs. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of procurement experience, especially in the Manufacturing Sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality with an analytical mindset, good interpersonal skills, and be a team player. Basic understanding of Sourcing & Procurement processes in the Manufacturing industry is required, and experience in handling procurement of direct and indirect materials is preferred. Proficiency in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is necessary. Preferred qualifications include having a fair knowledge of industrial commodities.
