Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rural Development Officer, located in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The Rural Development Officer will be responsible for implementing and managing the Trust's development programs in rural areas. Daily tasks include coordinating with local government and community leaders, conducting field research, creating and executing project plans, and managing ILD center's resources and budgets. The role also involves tracking project progress, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Annual Giving and Fundraising
• Philanthropy and Communication skills
• Strong research skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Rural Management, Agriculture or related field
• Experience working with NGOs or in rural development is an advantage.
