Rug Designer

As a Rug Designer at our company located in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in designing new collections of rugs and carpets that resonate with market trends and customer preferences. Your responsibilities will include developing mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts, creating production-ready designs using software like Photoshop and Illustrator, and collaborating with sampling and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on design trends in the global rug and home furnishing industry and effectively communicate ideas to internal teams and international buyers.
