About the Role:

Software Engineer

What You’ll Do:

Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Design and build scalable backend services and dynamic UI components
Write clean, test-driven, and maintainable code
Review peer code, mentor team members, and share best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using logs, alerts, and monitoring tools
Create tools and documentation to support cross-functional teams
Ensure coding standards and engineering practices are followed

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in
Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Solid knowledge of
OOP, TDD, and Git workflows
Ability to excel in a
remote, fast-paced Agile environment
