Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle vehicle registration process with the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
Prepare and verify all documents required for vehicle registration (Form 20, Form 21, Form 22, insurance, invoice, etc.).
Coordinate with the RTO for submission and collection of documents.
Apply for and collect vehicle number plates (temporary and permanent).
Ensure all RTO-related forms are correctly filled and signed by customers.
Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle registrations, RC cards, and delivery status.
Coordinate with insurance agents for timely policy generation and updates.
Maintain relationships with RTO officials to ensure smooth and fast processing.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle registration and number plate.
Support the sales and delivery teams by ensuring compliance and documentation are complete before delivery.
Ensure timely tax payments, hypothecation marking (if applicable), and other RTO formalities.
Handle any RTO-related grievances or corrections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
