Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and understand their service/repair requirements for two-wheelers.
  • Open job cards and record complaints accurately.
  • Provide estimates for service and repairs (cost, time, and materials).
  • Explain service and repair details to customers and answer queries.
  • Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure timely completion of service.
  • Conduct pre- and post-service inspections with the customer.
  • Keep the customer updated on service progress, delays, or additional work needed.
  • Ensure delivery of bikes after proper quality checks and washing.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and service history.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate them appropriately.
  • Promote value-added services and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
  • Achieve monthly targets for service upsell and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow safety, cleanliness, and company standards in the service area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
