RTM TPM CRM Director P2

As a dynamic and experienced Director in RTM / TPM / CRM (P2), you will be responsible for leading strategic programs and delivery initiatives within the retail technology and shared services landscape. Your role will involve combining strong program management skills with deep functional knowledge in Merchandising, Product Information Management (PIM), and Image Analytics to ensure alignment between technology, business objectives, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end program delivery for RTM, CRM, and merchandising platforms. - Manage multi-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. - Oversee the integration of PIM and image analytics tools to improve retail data quality and insights. - Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, performance, and operational governance. - Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable technology roadmaps. - Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks for global initiatives. Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in IT / Shared Services with a focus on RTM, TPM, or CRM domains. - Demonstrated leadership in managing enterprise-scale programs and cross-functional teams. - Hands-on understanding of retail merchandising systems, PIM workflows, and image analytics. - Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence.
