About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager with a strong background in the building materials industry, particularly in marble and stone products. The role involves managing sales operations in the assigned territory, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.
• Generate leads and build strong relationships with 

  dealers, distributors, architects, and project customers

  .
• Drive sales of marble, stones, and other building material products.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest market penetration strategies.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain dealer/distributor accounts.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS, and reports to management.
• Support and mentor the sales team (if applicable) in achieving goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration / Marketing / Civil / related field).

• 3 to 10 years of proven experience in sales of building materials, especially marble and stones

• Strong network of contacts in the construction, real estate, and building material industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
