Your role will involve supporting marketing campaigns, generating leads, and contributing to sales strategies to drive business growth. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, digital marketing, and client engagement. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, generating leads through various channels, engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings, supporting digital marketing activities, maintaining customer databases, coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets, preparing marketing materials and presentations, and participating in sales meetings to provide insights on campaign performance. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have a basic understanding of sales techniques and digital marketing, be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and exhibit enthusiasm and a self-motivated attitude. Knowledge of CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the Raipur and Bilashpur locations.
