The candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, generating leads, and assisting in sales strategies to drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, digital marketing, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends. Generate leads through online and offline channels. Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings. Support digital marketing activities, including social media and content marketing. Maintain and update customer databases in CRM systems. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets. Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations. Participate in sales meetings and provide insights on campaign performance. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales techniques and digital marketing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
