As a Regional Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing a team of store managers to achieve set targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with store management and media relations teams to promote our product lines - Setting sales goals for each store and ensuring effective communication with store management - Analyzing metrics on specific product lines and guiding Store Managers on inventory adjustments - Listening to Store Managers to understand their needs and challenges - Compiling monthly and quarterly sales reports for senior management review - Acting as the primary point of contact with vendors, distributors, and brokers in your region - Notifying senior management about any discrepancies or issues with the sales team goals and results To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in merchandising, sales, marketing, or a related field - Preferably 5+ years of experience in the retail apparel industry - Basic accounting skills - Strong attention to detail - Excellent motivational and communication abilities - Proficiency in reading and generating reports, ledgers, and market analyses This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and potential bonuses based on performance. The work location is in Mohali, Punjab. A reliable commute or willingness to relocate is preferred.
